  1. Returns & Refunds
  • Sizing Issues: As custom orders are tailored to the closest standard size based on measurements provided by you, we do not offer refunds for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer. Most products may require slight alterations for a perfect fit.
  • Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with photographic proof. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement.
  • Colour Disclaimer: Please note that colours displayed in product images may differ slightly from the actual product due to variations in screen settings and photography lighting.
