At Diaan Daniels Couture, every piece is created with craftsmanship, intention and an unwavering eye for detail. These Terms of Purchase set out what to expect when acquiring one of our garments — whether newly released from the atelier or selected from our curated sale collection — so that your experience with us is one of clarity, trust and quiet confidence.

COLOUR & FABRIC REPRESENTATION

We take great care to photograph and present our garments as faithfully as possible across our digital platforms. Even so, subtle variations in colour may occur between what appears on screen and the garment itself. These variations are a natural part of how fabric behaves and how digital imagery is rendered, and may be influenced by:

—   The device or screen being used, whether mobile, tablet or desktop

—   Ambient lighting conditions at the time of photography

—   Studio editing, retouching and the natural reflectivity of luxury fabrics

While we work diligently to represent each piece accurately, the actual garment may read slightly lighter, deeper or warmer in tone than its digital counterpart. Minor differences of this nature are inherent to couture photography and do not constitute a flaw or defect.

THE SALE COLLECTION — CURATED & PRE-LOVED

Pieces featured in our sale collection are offered at exclusive pricing because they have lived a life before finding their next home. Each garment may have previously been used for private fittings, editorial shoots, runway presentations, or worn by public figures for distinguished occasions.

As such, sale pieces are not new and may display gentle traces of their history, which can include:

—   Light, surface-level wear

—   Minor loosening of beadwork or embellishments

—   Slight discolouration or shading

—   Subtle marks consistent with prior wear

We view these small characteristics not as imperfections, but as quiet evidence of a garment that has already graced moments of meaning.

OUR PREPARATION & COMMITMENT

Before any sale piece is collected or dispatched, our team ensures it is ready to be worn again with pride:

—   Each gown is professionally cleaned wherever the fabric allows

—   Every item is carefully inspected, seam to hem

—   Feasible restoration is carried out, including the re-securing of loose beads or embellishments

Any piece showing damage we consider excessive or visibly compromising will not be offered for sale. Our team is here to speak openly about the condition of each garment, and remains available for in-store fittings so that you are fully informed and at ease before committing to your purchase.

CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By completing your purchase with Diaan Daniels Couture, you confirm that you understand and accept the following:

—   Minor colour variations between digital imagery and the physical garment are a natural part of the medium and do not constitute a defect

—   Sale garments are pre-owned and may carry small, honest signs of previous wear

—   All sale pieces are sold in their current condition, as presented and described at the time of purchase

FINAL SALE POLICY — RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the bespoke and curated nature of our work, all purchases made at Diaan Daniels Couture — whether relating to minor colour variation or to pieces from our sale collection — are considered final. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges on the basis of colour differences between digital images and the garment, nor on any sale item, whether purchased in-store or online.
